Why JoeyKnish?
This blog is named after one of the characters in one of my favorite movies, Rounders. If you haven’t seen it yet make sure you watch the movie before you continue browsing the website.
Poker is a game where there are knowns, unknowns, the element of luck and the unpredictability of human nature. However unpredictable the game may be in the short run, skill will play out in the “long run”. This game is very similar to the financial markets.
Joey Knish is a character in Rounders. He is the representation of a true grinder who sees all the angles a very consistent poker player that does not have huge swings.
